(A One-Day Workshop)
Since the turn of the century, the compounding effects of globalization, technology, demographics, and generational differences have changed "work" and the "workplace" dramatically. Has your organization's performance management system kept up with the change?
If you are looking for ways to keep your PMS up to the demands of the 21st century, this workshop is a good opportunity to learn more about the innovative concept of agile and rating-free performance management.
Learn how this new concept has brought about a higher level of employee performance and engagement for companies who have started using it.
After attending this workshop, participants should be able to:
-
Understand why traditional performance management systems no longer deliver their intended promises;
-
Develop the business case why organizations should stop doing performance appraisals and know what to do instead; and,
-
Learn what other companies are doing in transforming their performance management systems that are more suited for the 21st century.
This workshop is open to anybody interested in enhancing the capabilities of those they supervise.
