This event will provide:

• an update of 10 years of coaching in Japan by Ms. Kay Cotter, Managing Director of PDI Ninth House/Korn Ferry,
• a World Cafe style discussion of the key areas for the future of executive coaching,
• a panel discussion on major themes,
• a buffet dinner from the Peninsula Hotel, and
• a keystone speech by Mr. Chad Stewart, who ran a major executive development project for senior executives of Astellas.  Mr. Stewart has also run projects for Mitsubishi and DaimlerChrysler.
