Japan at the end of global top when it comes to hiring women

The recently released Gender Gap Report by the Swiss-based nonprofit World Econo­mic Forum shows that Japan ranked the 105th position out of a total of 136 when it comes to hiring women. The country plunged 25 places from its ranking when the report was inaugurated in 2006.
