Quarter of workers suspect they are trapped at ‘black firms’

A quarter of Japan’s workers believe they are working at “burakku kigyo” (black companies) undefined firms that resemble sweatshops and flout labor laws by inducing employees to work overtime without pay, a labor union survey says.
