71% support equal pay for equal work

Seventy-one percent of poll respondents think equal compensation should be paid to those who have the same ability, performance and length of service as other employees, regardless of their employment status as regular or non-regular workers, according to a Yomiuri Shimbun survey conducted between mid-March and mid-April by mail.
