Hiring in Japan's manufacturing sector rebounded in late 2011 according to the Robert Walters' 2011 Q4 Japan Job Index. Advertised job openings grew by 31% from Q3 to Q4 for manufacturing roles sustained largely by increased investment into the industrial sector and improved business activity. Industrial manufacturers recruited aggressively as they received budgets to rebuild their sales and engineering teams following 2-3 years of headcount uncertainty.
