The HR Agenda editorial mandate is simple: to provide an up-to-date and relevant source of HR information and resources affecting and influencing the HR profession in Japan.
In order to fulfill this mandate, we have made the following enhancements:
- The HR Agenda - Online Edition is now published every 1st day of the month and can now be accessed 24/7 from anywhere in the world ;
- Thematical approach. Articles are chosen based on a given month's theme and are eventually archived based on relevant HR focused areas or departments;
- HRA Editorials and Advocacy Articles. In the "Column" tab, you can now find HRA editorials and articles, stories, or information on JHRS' primary advocacy programs: Women in HR, Green HR, and ResponsibleRecruiting. They are grouped together for easy and faster retrieval.
- Past Issues. Missed out on past issues of HRA? Not a problem, we now have an archive of past HRA issues for your reading pleasure.
- HR News Digest. Busy and no time to read complete news articles? This section provides HR-related news that matter in a nutshell. Guaranteed less than 50 words.
- Search articles. Now you can conveniently search search those articles and stories that interest you via our Search Box.
