TO ALL JHRS MEMBERS:

In our efforts to make JHRS a vibrant and thriving community as well as to maintain up-to-date records of our members, we would like to inform you that JHRS is adopting the following "90-Day Log-in Policy for Associate Members" effective immediately.

The above policy requires Associate Members to log-in into their JHRS accounts at least once within a 90-day period in order to keep the accounts active and in good standing. Failure to do so will make these accounts "dormant" and will be automatically archived. If you wish to re-activate your archived membership again, you will need to send us a request and we will be happy to consider your request.

If you think that you have not log-in into your JHRS account within the last 90 days, we encourage you to do so on or before 31 October 2009 to prevent your account from being archived and so that you can continue to enjoy your JHRS membership benefits. If you forgot your log-in details, simply click the "Forgot Password" link found in the same log-in panel on the main page of the JHRS website and follow the on-screen instructions to recover your password.

However, if you don't want to be bothered by your account being archived at any time, please consider becoming a Virtual or Premium Member as this level of membership is exempted from this Policy.
