As a member of the JHRS Board of Advisers, Prof. Shiraki, together with the other current members of the Board, has agreed to provide guidance and advice to the JHRS Community Officers and its general membership by leveraging his vast experience, network, and wisdom gained from his illustrious career as an academic and as a key opinion leader (KOL) in the practice of human resources management in Japan.
