The year is almost over and for most of us, this year had been a very challenging year but somehow, we managed to survive 2011!

However, JHRS believes that not all are doom and gloom for 2011 and for this reason, we would like to invite you to share your thoughts and feelings in what you are THANKFUL for the Year 2011!

We will compile yours and others' answers into a year-end MTV-style JHRS video of the same title, "THANKFUL." and will go live on JHRS' YouTube Channel starting December 25, 2011!

Simply click REPLY on this message thread and complete this sentence: "I AM THANKFUL FOR...." and write your name and even your company name, city, or country! The JHRS Media Team will select quotes or answers from these submissions and include them in the JHRS Year-End video.

    Keep it simple and inspiring!

    Happy Holidays to everyone!

I am thankful for having met so many inspiring, energetic and talented people whose goal was to help those who needed it most.

I am thankful to all those who stayed positive and optimistic during this uncertain year both on the personal side and business side.  Japan's resilience to adversity still continues to amaze me after more than 20 years.  Thanks again Japan; Keep up the good work.

I am thankful for having had the rare opportunity to visit more than 20 countries this year, which allowed me not only to gain a broader view on human nature through deeper understanding of different cultures, but also to understand myself better as well.

I am very thankful for being able to witness first hand the brilliant resilience and dignity shown by

the Japanese during the March earthquake, and subsequent natural disasters. And the depth of

human compassion demonstrated towards their suffering by the global relief efforts.

I am thankful to 2011, for making me experience the unimaginable, learn the impossible, travel across continents/countries and give everything that I could possibly ask from life in Japan.

    Sayonara 2011!
