As we prepare for the 5th year anniversary of JHRS in June 2012, we are now in the process of developing the 2012-2013 JHRS Calendar of seminars, workshops, round table discussions, and other related learning and sharing events.

In this regard, we would like to make this Call for Speakers, Resource Persons, or Subject-Matter Experts for the following proposed topics and issues:
    • Japanese Employment Laws
    • Scenario Planning for HR
    • Financial Intelligence for HR (a.k.a., Finance for HR)
    • Corporate Culture Assessment
    • Organizational Development (OD) and Change Management
    • Effective Employee Communications and Relations
    • Staffing and Selection Best Practices
    • Conducting HR Due Diligence
    • Employee Mobility / Expat Management
    • HR as Business Leaders
    • HR Measurements and Metrics
    • Intercultural or Cross-Cultural Communications
    • Leadership Development Best Practices
    • HR Globalization Strategies

If you are interested in becoming a speaker, RP, or subject-matter expert in any of the above topics (or you know of someone who might be interested in becoming one), please send us an email at events@jhrs.org together with your basic profile and brief outline of topics you would like cover. Additional guidelines on how to become part of the JHRS Faculty of Speakers, RPs, and Subject-Matter Experts will also be sent to those deemed eligible to become a JHRS Event Speaker.

On another note, if you have suggestions for other topics/issues you want to be considered for inclusion in the JHRS Calendar, please let us know as well.
